After my first simple forms created with cold clay, I have been thinking about a way to paint the pieces so as to achieve a look and feel that would recall the colorful glazes used on ceramic... I love the look of glazed ceramics! I painted the pieces with acrylic enamels and varnished them with a thick, glossy varnish. I'm very happy with the results!!! They will be rings!
