SYMI: CHORIO

Images from my lovely day up in Chorio, the upper village in Symi... The atmosphere is dreamy and so peaceful! I will let images speak... A charming, little hanging garden...

An old, weathered door...

A little taverna bearing Zoe's name... :)

Winding alleys and stepways, and charming houses in pastel tones...

And a breathtaking view at sunset...

Your Greek islands are so pretty - maybe it'll spark a little, much needed tourist boom?;) You know, that one little comment you made about "your" room, somehow made it so much personal to me - I think it's because it made me think of the film "room with a view", it gave it that sort of nostalgic shimmer! Such a beautiful place, a setting for falling in love :)
