AEGEAN BLUE

The beginning of the summer season is so beautiful here in Rhodes... The beaches are still deserted, and it's so peaceful! The sky is postcard-blue and it's very windy.

This is a lovely artwork I found on yesterday's walk on the beach... A group of friends made this, and they all signed their names on the pebbles which form the frame for the lovely ship. I hope no-one destroys it, it's so sweet and pretty :) If only they knew their artwork has been featured on a blog and their beautiful memory made last forever! :)

I randomly clicked on your blog after finding you in the Etsy forums team blog post and was wonderfully surprised to see you're in Rhodes - Your photos made me feel a little homesick as I'm British but spend part of the Winter in Crete each year. Say Hi to the Greek islands for me!

I wish I could be there!! And I wish I could bend down to create a beach pebble art work! :-)
Enjoy your stay Anna - every minute of it!

wow, that really was a trasure found! Maybe they'll find this by chance some day! ... so, so beautiful photos, though in the first one, my first thought was that that parasol was surely hired only to look pretty next to the sunbeds. ;)
