SYMI: The Olive Tree

On the magical little island of SYMI, at the top of the Kali Strata in the upper village Chorio, there is a lovely Cafe run by lovely Jenine and Tina. You will feel right at home in this cozy cafe, relaxing in the comfy atmosphere and making new friends.
But this lovely venue is so MUCH more than just a cafe... Besides serving delicious breakfasts, Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit salad, filled rolls and toasted pittas, homemade quiche and frittata, scrumptious cakes, slices and muffins, filled jacket potatoes, a full selection of coffees and freshly prepared juices... Jenine and Tina also organize a variety of exciting events, they have a selection of books and guidebooks you can browse, they will share information and maps on guided walks, beaches, transport, food culture, Symi events and a list of "must dos" whilst on the island, and last but not least they offer you a wireless internet connection to stay in touch with the rest of the world even when you're on this little island.

Jenine and Tina will welcome you here, with their smiles, at the top of the Kali Strata and just opposite the Fiona Hotel.

And this is the lovely place where I'm going to hold my little jewelry exhibition again this summer!
Thank you Jenine and Tina, you made me feel a part of the island community!

Sounds like a wonderful place to visit! Wish I could go there right now and have a yogurt with honey and fruit. What a great place to show your work as well!

Lucky lucky you, Anna! The Olive Tree is a wonderful place and the perfect spot for your exhibition, so I'm sure it will be a big success!

I was thrilled to be able to visit this lovely little cafe after you had told me all about it! Please say hello to Jenine and Tina for me when you go - I took a photo there last year and must share it with you sometime :)
