STORMY RIVIERA

I have spent a few lovely days at my dear cousin Sylvia's on the Riviera, it was cool and stormy because of this strange spring which is being so wintery as in most of Europe... but we had a great time, filled with lots of inner sunshine! :) Now we are all looking forward to SPRING!!!!

On my walks, I often have curious doggies peeking out at me from garden hedges and fences, some of them I know and greet. I found these two guys lovely, peeking out from the same opening in their garden fence, head-to-head. You can see some more of my doggy friends here.

Here are some more images from the Greek Animal Welfare Christmas Bazaar which took place in Athens on 15 and 16 December! The Greek Animal Welfare Society lets us know that the Bazaar was a great success!!!!! The images speak for themselves... A bunch of lovely people, aren't they? :)

GREEK ANIMAL WELFARE BAZAAR! A SUCCESS!!!

As promised, here I am reporting back from Athens! Well... not me actually, but my wonderful friend Maria, who was my "reporter"! :) The GREEK ANIMAL WELFARE Christmas Bazaar took place in Athens on 15th and 16th December. Judging from the photos, I would say it was a great success!!!!! Thanks to my wonderful friend Maria of Jewellery of Dreams for all the photos! And thank you again to all the lovely friends who sent their generous contribution for the Bazaar! Can you spot some of your creations? ;)

My little Greek girl Zoe wants to say a big, heartfelt THANK-YOU to all our friends who already contributed to the Greek Animal Welfare Christmas Bazaar! THANK YOU, our dear friends, your precious help is much appreciated!!!!! Your work and precious contributions will be on display at the fundraising Bazaar in Athens, on 15 and 16 December. Thank you from the Greek homeless animals and from Zoe!

In case you'd still like to help too, here's a little reminder from my beloved ZOE, who as you know is a Greek rescue kitty! This is a wonderful way for creative animal lovers to give their contribution for a great cause! You still have time, but please rush because the Bazaar will take place on 15 and 16 December!

The Greek Animal Wefare Society needs your help too! They are organizing a Christmas Bazaar in order to raise funds for their wonderful activities of helping animals in need. As you know, dear friends, Greece is going through very difficult times, and of course animals are suffering too, since it is getting increasingly difficult to raise funds for helping stray and homeless animals, for medical expenses, food and neuterings!

***IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL IF YOU COULD HELP TOO!***

Even if you are living abroad, you can give your contribution for the Christmas Bazaar! You just need to get creative and create something handmade, or if you have something you have already created and that you would like to donate for the Bazaar, you can mail it directly to the Greek Animal Welfare Society! Any other items (in good condition) are welcome too!
The Christmas Bazaar will take place in Athens, on 15 and 16 December. All details in my previous post here.

This is my own contribution for the Greek Animal Welfare Christmas Bazaar... Hand shaped polymer clay pendants decorated with blue glass mosaic, stamps and acrylic paints:
